MotionX-GPS Track: 1st Ski Of The Seaso:n MTU

Hello,

Charles White uses MotionX-GPS on the iPhone and is sharing with you the following track:

Nov 11, 2011 12:15 pm, 32F, SSW13, 68%. Conditions good to poor. Rock skis. Whatever wax was on them. Assessments: conditioning fair to good. Technique same. Issues: balance, poling stamina...shins began to ache, after around the patellas. Is this a deficiency in anterior chain strength or technique? Skier friends, any suggestions? Fun to get out.
