I also forgot to reset my bike computer so I could see how far I had gone. With no real feel for distance of 2 miles, I ended up doing the first two intervals with no rest, just 4 extra minutes of pushing it. Yikes!<br /><br />Maybe that's why my 3rd interval was down. Anyway, I was far away from the start point and our truck, so I did another interval.
