A couple of notes. This post is directly from the GPS program I used. The workout was:
Warmup
Drills
2 rounds for technique:
4 x 1' on, 1' off @ 96
1 x 4' on, 2' off @ 91

The other thing is that I haven't been posting workouts here for a while; it kind of slipped my mind. I figured out an easy way to send them from the GPS thingy directly to the blog, so I'll do that.
