The Workout: 4 x 2M : 90 sec



CFE short intervals: 4 x 2 miles on : 90 seconds off.


77F, E9, 53%.


Even terrain, but not flat.  Not a complete cockup.  I did an out and back route.  Without being able to see the iPhone, I misjudged the turnaround point.  Then it occured to me to use the little bike computer to monitor distance.  That helped.  I actually did an imcomplete interval before these four.

It was originally supposed to be 1 mile intervals, but i screwed up the conversion to meters. Oops!
