CF WOD Mini-Cindy
12 minutes, as many rounds as possible of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
CW 4 rounds, green band assist, no kips.
KW 6 rounds + 5 pullups
I made sure to just go steady, still easing back into life. It was fun and it got tough enough for now. Kirsten's kipping pullups look cool!
