The Experiment, Part II

Yippee!  That worked.  it stretches the format of the web page a bit.  Please use  the contact page and let me know how that works for you.
Kirsten tried to edit my log with the 'delete' and 'submit changes' button, but it didn't allow her to.  Please let me know if you can.  That would put my log data at risk.

Try this:  click on the Google map ( I've never tried the other maps.)  You can see the *exact* route that I took, with interval start and stop markers.  Missing portions means I stopped rowing and just coasted.

Try this, too: go down to the interval details table.  click on 'chart' / 'view'  A summary of the interval shows up, but wait...
Then you get a graph.  that shows the relationship between time, stroke rate and speed.

I'm very excited, this is so cool!  An interactive blog!  8^)

But maybe you don't want to see *all* of my workout posts.
Let's try this.  Here is (I hope) a summary page of workouts, from 6/6/09 to 6/13/09.  The listings are chronologically backwards.  To see the detailed post like last time, click on the link. (I'm assuming that it will show up.)

More luck, here goes:
