CFE Bike: Short Intervals
From Mountain Biking Saturday at Fort Custer. Jeff was our guide.
We travelled 4.3 miles total with a CFE WOD in the middle:
WOD
Bike 6 x 400m
Rest 90 seconds in between
Stay within 2-3 seconds each.
Post interval times.
1:02, :43, :56, :42, :56, :41. The first one was "wake up and smell the bacon". After that, pretty darn consistent, considering with the wind/ against the wind directions.

Can you tell which way was into the wind? The gearing wasn't always the same. That was fun.
